In winter, our resort transforms into a true paradise for skiers and winter sports enthusiasts. In summer, numerous hiking and excursion destinations in the surrounding nature invite you to explore and relax.
As a special bonus, you can enjoy our in-house indoor pool area, as well as a games room and fitness room – perfect for unwinding after an active day. Our professional cleaning service provides additional comfort, so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest.

The holiday apartment is quietly located in the popular climatic health resort of Sankt Englmar, in the heart of the Bavarian Forest. The surrounding area offers a perfect blend of relaxation, nature experiences, and leisure activities in every season. Numerous excursion destinations, hiking trails, and activities are in the immediate vicinity – without long commutes.

Take exit 108 Schwarzach/St. Englmar
Follow the St2132 towards St. Englmar (approx. 12 km)
In St. Englmar turn onto “Am Predigtstuhl”
🚗 From Nuremberg (approx. 2 hours 15 minutes, 180 km)
Take the A3 towards Regensburg
Continue on the A3 past Regensburg towards Deggendorf/Passau
Take exit 108 Schwarzach/St. Englmar
Continue as above: St2132 to St. Englmar → “Am Predigtstuhl”
🚗 From Linz or Passau (approx. 1 hour 30 minutes, 95–110 km)
From Passau:
A3 towards Regensburg
Take exit 111 Bogen
Through Bogen → St2147 towards Viechtach/St. Englmar
In St. Englmar follow the signs to “Am Predigtstuhl”

Prices depend on the season and include final cleaning, parking, electricity and water as well as bed linen and towels.
Tourist tax: Adults 16 years and older: €2,30 per night
Children from 6 years of age 1.40€/night
Children up to the age of 6 are exempt from the spa fee.
